Terms, Shipping, & LAG

TERMS

-Minimum order of $150 to ship
 
-Must be 18 to order. If you are younger, please get your parents involved

-No refunds aside from LAG(live arrival guarantee), with the exception of cancellations made within 72 hours of ordering and before shipping, which are refunded minus 3% that I'm charged to process payments

-All animals are unsexed unless explicitly stated otherwise.  I will only offer animals sexed if I've confirmed via molt/species with obvious dimorphism.

-All animals are captive bred unless marked with WC (wild caught)

-Sizes given are  a range or marked with a ~ (approximate) unless explicitly stated otherwise

 

Shipping

-Shipping is a flat $50 on checkout, but varies by location, usually $50-60.  I will either invoice or refund the difference after calculating it exactly, then I'll reach out to coordinate shipping via FedEx within 24H. 

-Out of respect for the creatures, I only ship live animals (not including feeders) overnight, to a hub.  Things can and do happen, and I care about these little dudes, so keeping them safe is my first priority.  If a hub is unreasonably far, please contact me.

-I will not ship if it's dangerous to the animal to do so, and may require hub pickup if temperatures are unsafe.  This is solely at my discretion.

-I ship on Wednesdays for Thursday arrival by default.  I will do my best to accommodate if you need to make other arrangements.

-I will only ship once an order and shipping is paid in full, AND made contact to arrange an arrival date.

Live arrival guarantee 

-I guarantee the health of your new animals upon arrival for a specified window of time listed below.  If you suspect an animal is unwell, take a video and send it to me immediately.  In the rare event an animal doesn't make it, I will issue a store credit or identical replacement and cover half of the shipping charge to get it to you.  

For residential shipments, any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.  For this reason, HUB PICKUP is strongly recommended, as it keeps the animals safer than on a box truck and gives you 2 hours to report issues.  Please note these windows apply whether or not you are notified of delivery, so don't rely on a notification.

-LAG applies to shipped orders ONLY. Once an animal leaves my sight, I have no way of knowing what's happened or if it's even the same animal.  LAG does not apply to shipping charges or freebies.
